Wearflex® insulation covers (WIC’s) are tailor-made prefabricated insulation mattresses, which are being used to insulate complex shapes. Wearflex® insulation covers (WIC’s) have a durable construction and reduce on- site installation time. They can be re-installed after inspection.
World wide Insulcon’s WIC’s are being applied for the outer insulation of pumps, actuators, nozzles, manhole flanges, pig tails, pipes, reactor vessels, but also to protect surrounding engine parts against radiation heat from the exhaust system.
WIC’s are easy to install and to remove. They are designed to fit to irregular shapes. All Wearflex® products are being manufactured at our own production facility in Steenbergen (The Netherlands).
