IPCOM, Europe’s leading distributor and converter of technical insulation solutions, proudly announces the acquisition of PBI (Porteret Beaulieu Industrie), a well-established French manufacturer of high-temperature insulation, protection and sealing materials. Following this acquisition, PBI will become part of the Insulcon Group, IPCOM’s business unit dedicated to high-temperature applications.
Founded in France, PBI has built a solid reputation in the industry with its expertise in millboards and technical textiles. With a skilled workforce and a loyal customer base, PBI has consistently demonstrated its commitment to innovation, service and quality. The acquisition further strengthens IPCOM’s footprint in the European high-temperature market and marks the Insulcon Group’s first operational base in France.
