The Insulcon Group is a family owned and operated, international, service oriented, marketing and production corporation, specialised in heat management solutions, that save energy and increase the control and reliability of our customers’ processes.

We supply and develop high temperature (>1600°C) and wear resistant products, like hard refractories, fibres, Refrex and Wearflex products and several low thermal mass systems. Next to this we have a range of services such as for example several Low Thermal Mass Linings Systems and our special Insulcoat 1260 RFL. We have production facilities in several European countries and one of the world's most advanced high temperature industrial textile plant in Europe (Keramab NV).

We have a global sales and marketing presence and are able to serve you with on site supervision and inspection, as well as services like our hot spot repair service, all over the globe. As an ISO 9001/2008 certified corporation, we ensure consistent product quality.  We distinguish ourselves through implementation of innovative production processes and by providing engineered solutions that offer the best balance between added value and cost for our customers.

Our unique central warehouse of 56000m³  is located just in between the two major European harbours of Rotterdam and Antwerp, which makes fast delivery possible. We can also deliver all products according to customer specific wishes due to our in-house machining, cutting, milling and die-cutting capabilities. Next to this we have our state-of-the-art industrial textile plant (Keramab NV), a vacuum forming plant, a Wearflex flexible HT fabrics production for a.o. expansion joints and a new Imidesign® S hearth liners production facility.

We develop and provide our products, energy conservation systems and services to all industries in which (complex) thermal processes can be found. These are the main industry sectors that benefit from our products and services: Process, Energy, Ferrous & Non-Ferrous, Ceramic, Domestic Appliances, Waste incineration
