Refrex® products (1600°C)

Refrex® heatshields are pre-fab, custom made, flexible heat shields which reflect 60% of the radiation heat. These can be applied into furnaces and heaters to protect process tubes, return bends, brackets and hangers against too much radiation heat.

This will result in an increase of the lifetime and coke built-up inside the tubes is reduced to a minimum.

Advantages:

• Suitable up to 1300°C
• Possible in various forms 
• Increase in lifetime of installations
