Resistant to all weather conditions

With its weather, oil, and chemical resistant outer covering, our elite and intelligent AeroLite flexible insulation range provides superior thermal performance with only 10mm thickness of insulation infill, compared to the typical 50mm thickness of conventional insulation material.

Innovative engineering

The AeroLite system also features an innovative fail-safe system that draws moisture away from pipes or equipment, efficiently disposing it through a built-in ventilation system in the unlikely event that water penetrates the underside of the jacket.

Prevention for Corrosion under Insulation (CUI)

We have conducted extensive testing since 2016 to demonstrate the AeroLite system's ability to prevent corrosion under insulation. These tests were independently witnessed by DNV-GL, and the results were impressive - the system even prevents corrosion on bare, uncoated pipes.
