We understand that every project requires a different level of life-saving protection. To meet these varying needs, we have created a range of specifications starting from just 30mm thickness. Our protective system offers 30 minutes (J30) up to 120 minutes (J120) of fire protection, ensuring that your project receives the precise level of security required. Our tailor-made solutions are also designed to be cost-effective, saving on manufacturing, installation, storage, and logistics costs.
Our Jet Fire Pro system is a game-changer in the field of passive fi
re protection. Its single-layer design is not only lightweight but also remarkably thin. Despite its slim profile, it offers exceptional thermal performance. Whether it's preventing water ingress or providing market-leading fire protection, our Jet Fire Pro system consistently delivers outstanding results.
Corrosion can be a major concern for equipment, but not with our Jet Fire Pro system. We have incorporated our proprietary AeroLite technology into the system to combat corrosion effectively. In addition, the built-in ventilation system ensures that moisture is drawn away from equipment, keeping it dry and significantly reducing the risk of corrosion.
We take our commitment to quality seriously. That's why we have subjected our passive fire protection systems, including the Jet Fire Pro system, to independent testing. These tests verify that our systems conform to critical project requirements. Rest assured that our Jet Fire Pro system provides protection against all fire types while also offering blast resistance to safeguard against potential explosions.
The Jet Fire Pro XP Enclosure can provide up to 3 hours (180 minutes) of protection against jet fires, the most aggressive fire type. The system is a solid construction with a unique, flexible intumescent coating with the ability to withstand flexing or vibrations within structures or equipment.
The Jet Fire Pro Penetration Cover; when exposed to fire, the innovative coating of the Jet Fire Pro Penetration Cover expands and forms an insulating barrier, that prevents rapid heat rise in equipment and delays loss of integrity, giving personnel time to evacuate in the event of a fire, take fire-fighting measures and stop processes in a controlled manner.
