Our products:

Pyrogel® XTE - Superior CUI protection - Best value for medium pressure steam service

Application Pyrogel XTE on heat exchanger

Pyrogel® XTE is the leading choice for corrosion under insulation (CUI) defense, setting the standard for medium to high temperature processes (max. use temp. 650°C). In addition, this exceptional insulation solution offers excellent value, making it the ideal choice for a range of applications, including pipes, vessels, and equipment, e.g. in Petrochemical and LNG stations.

Applications:

  • CUI (corrosion under insulation) defence
  • 75% thinner than alternative blankets
  • Medium to high temperatures processes
  • Pipes, vessels and equipment
  • District Energy steam networks

Pyrogel® XTF - Uniting thermal insulations and passive fire protection for hot service

Application of Pyrogel XTF

Pyrogel® XTF is your all-in-one solution for hot service applications, effortlessly integrating thermal insulation and passive fire protection (max. use temp. 650°C). This advanced material ensures that your equipment and processes remain thermally efficient and safe, even in high-temperature environments.

Applications:

  • Passive pool fire and passive jet fire protection for industrial and commercial applications.
  • Relief system sizing (API 521). This standard is applicable to pressure-relieving and vapor depressuring systems. Although intended for use primarily in oil refineries, it is also applicable to petrochemical facilities, gas plants, liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, and oil and gas production facilities.

Cryogel® Z - Unmatched excellence for cold service applications

Application Cryogel Z

Cryogel® Z is an exceptional cryogenic insulation material, engineered to perform in ultra-low-temperature environments, with applications reaching as low as -200°C (-200°C to 125°C). Cryogel® Z stands out as the premier choice for cold service applications. These insulation blankets are created using a patented nanotechnology-based silica aerogel insulation, further reinforced with a non-woven glass-fiber batting for enhanced durability and thermal performance.

Applications:

  • Sub-ambient and cryogenic pipelines
  • Vessels and equipment
  • Gas liquefaction & re-gasification facilities

Pyrogel® HPS - Ultimate thermal performance - Best value for high temperature service

Pyrogel® HPS is the most typical example of excellence when it comes to high temperature service (max. use temp. 650°C). This advanced insulation material delivers the ultimate thermal performance and represents the best value for your insulation needs.

Applications:

  • Optimized for high temperature hydrocarbon & chemical processing
  • Steam pipes
  • Vessels and equipment
  • Gas- and steam turbines
