These insulation and sealing materials are applicable in many industries where heat issues occus, such as Petrochemical, Energy, Power plants, Waste incineration, Domestic Industry, Glass industry etc.
But to come to an industrial textile end product, there is a procedure beforehand. From the first request, design, development, choice of raw materials, production shape, the manufacturing and finishing. As a specialist in high quality- and high temperatures resistant textiles, we have extensive machine parks in our factories, where we can process this modern high-tech materials into the right product for our customers.
Raw materials that we use for this purpose are low bio-persistent-, ceramic-, silica- and glass fibers. Examples of applications are door seals in boilers, ovens and reformers, seals between filter elements, insulation of gas- and steam turbines, seals for oven cars, oven door gaskets etc.
Our high temperature textiles contribute not only to a stable production proces, but also to signifant energy savings and lower the CO2 emission!
